CCA Cardio Camp
CCA Cardio Camp is a marines basic training experience which tests the strength and endurance of any participant. It's designed to reach and develop the maximum efficiency of your body and mind, at your own pace.
The effort, the encouragement, the team participation...working together to push past the limits. A CCA Cardio Camp session incorporates cardio, toning, team work, not forgetting loads of fun.
It's a challenging session - and it's well worth it. The skill of our CCA trainers comes to the forefront with the Boot Camp session because all ‘marines’ are boot camped into shape at their own pace. Every recruit finishes the session with the help and support of the other marines.

This one hour long session is run over a 10 week period at two locations New Farm Park & St Lucia Play Ground Early morning starts are..Boot Camp style fitness,it's the best way to lose those extra kilo's,feel energised and keep you Healthy at the same time.
Bring Hat, Sunny's & a Water Pack / bottle.
